By creating a WhatsAutomate workspace you agree to these terms. WhatsAutomate is provided "as-is" with commercially reasonable uptime targets. You're responsible for your use of the WhatsApp Business Platform and for honoring Meta's Business Messaging Policy and your customers' opt-outs.
Acceptable use
- No unsolicited marketing outside approved Meta templates.
- No content that violates Meta's Commerce or Business Messaging policies.
- No reverse engineering or rate-limit evasion.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Meta's per-conversation fees are charged separately on your Meta account.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
